Rules for using the H3Max AI video generation service.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using H3Max, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account information.
Service
H3Max provides AI-assisted video generation, storage, history and download features through third-party infrastructure and model providers. Model availability, processing time and output characteristics may change.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Do not share access, create accounts to evade limits, or attempt to access another user's data.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are one-time purchases in the displayed currency and quantity. Credits are consumed according to the estimate shown before generation. Stripe processes payments. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation.
AI outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use complies with law and third-party rights.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize H3Max and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content; malware or spam; sexual exploitation; unauthorized impersonation; attempts to bypass safeguards, quotas or billing; or interference with the service.
Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or threats to the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, H3Max is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
