Information we collect
We process account details such as your email address; prompts, uploaded reference files and generated outputs; generation, credit and transaction records; support communications; and technical information such as browser, device, IP-derived security signals and usage events.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and generations, store and deliver outputs, process payments and credits, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, measure performance and improve the product.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, object storage and security services; fal.ai processes paid and promotional video-generation requests; Stripe processes payments; Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide product analytics. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by H3Max.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential account and security technologies and analytics technologies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Depending on your location, consent may be required before non-essential analytics storage is enabled.
Storage and retention
Account, transaction and generation records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Uploaded and generated media may remain available with your generation history until deleted under our retention practices.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the providers listed above, in countries where they operate, only as needed to provide and protect the service or comply with law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport and provider security controls, but no online service is risk-free. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
